Shutter Island - Scorsese directed and threw in a curveball . Pretty good movie , not what I expected and didn't care for the ending but a good watch .
Life is a grindstone . Whether it grinds us down or polishes us up , depends on what we are made of .

Shutter Island - another book to screen... It was a good flick, and the previews are so misleading. It's a mind f*ck... but Leo is always good, and for what it's worth.. pretty good flick

Couples Retreat - 7\10. Barely a 7, maybe a 6.5, it really wasn't that funny, but not horrible...a let down nonetheless.

Law Abiding Citizen - 9\10. Great movie centered around a badass. Wasn't the story I was thinking it'd be, you don't really know who to root for as the movie goes on IMO. Watch it for sure.

A Serious Man - 7.5\10. Really not a bad movie at all, interesting for sure, worth the watch.

Sorority Row - 7\10. Started out interesting with the storyline, but then turned way to into ' I know what you did last summer' kind of thing.

The Informant - 9\10. I just loved this movie, it was funny and quirky, definitely see it if you haven't.

Adventureland - 7.9\10. Not quite an 8, but a good movie, definitely worth watching...for a younger viewer, like around my age.

District 9 - 9\10. I loved it, didn't think I would but wished I had watched it awhile a go. Special effects were great and really surprised me altogether.

The Box - 7\10. Ah, its not a bad movie at all, just hard to follow for me and wasn't all that great of a movie anyway. Its okay, probably should be a 6.5, but the ending bumps it up for sure. Its worth watching, just not my kind of movie.

2012 comes out tuesday, looking forward to that. Then in three weeks, 'Brothers', 'Men Who Stare At Goats' and 'The Blind Side' all come out the 23rd..excited about the first two, going to try the Blind Side out...for a dollar, its not too much of a risk anymore.

The Crazies - I was completely let down. Just bummed. Don't get me wrong, it's a good movie, fast paced, just good all around. I went in with too high of expectations.

I will have to disagree with this one..... I say 9/10, must be my age coming out in me plus being married that made this flick funny as hell because most of it was true. Vince Vaughn.......enuff said

Watched it last night. It's not bad. Better than R13 says but maybe a notch below UTVols for me. Good stuff and had some laughs.

Just finished watching Death At A Funeral. This was the 2007 Brittish version and not the new one with Chris Rock, Martin Lawrence, and Tracy Morgan. Funny as hell. If you can find it, watch it.

Alice In Wonderland - I personally give it a 10/10 because it had Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, and Helena Bonham Carter. Plus it was directed by Tim Burton. It was great!! Everything I had hoped for and expected. I may have to go watch it again.
